The room had all the essentials including central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk; it's conveniently located near the train station, Harborland, and various convenience stores.

The venue is newly renovated and exceptionally comfortable. The rooms offered are good sized and individual with great complimentary modern Japanese breakfast, a full size bathroom, for instance. The location is good, right by convenience stores are, a great Kobe Beef restaurant, and evrything - couldn't be better. The place to order lunch a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel is Kokuto. They have on-site restaurant called Canone.

It was pleasant stay, I truly enjoyed decent food.

My double room with portable WiFi, sofabed, for instance was incredible. It had an electric kettle and fridges. Amicable staff, gave a lot of information.

The hotel lobby is relatively small and quite cluttered. Room although small by very neat and clean. Front desk staffs very pleasant and helpful

The location of the Coffee house was ideal and breakfast was good. Hotel is situated in a fairly quiet location. Was able to get a good ssleep.

The view of the Rokko mountains was great. the room was well-equipped and amazing. - the bed was comfortable. - the pillows were cozy. - the location of the hotel was quiet, relatively near At One.

The hotel seem to be too far from the Sannomiya station if you walk. Anyway, there's free service bus from hotel to Sannomiya station.

I liked the location, it was close to shops but quiet and without excessive noise. The room was comfortable and cosy.

The breakfast was relatively expensive for what was on offer and though the food was good it did not really justify the price tag. The vending machine had a limited range of food for vegetarians but there are two combinis in close proximity so it wasn't a major issue.
